Start with the product size. Measure the item first, then choose the box style that fits how the product will be packed, shipped or displayed.

Choose the Right Box Style

Select the structure that matches your packaging goal. Tuck-end cartons work well for many retail products. Mailer boxes are better for ecommerce parcels and branded unboxing. Corrugated shipping boxes are stronger for dispatch, storage and grouped products.

For tuck ends, gable boxes, pillow boxes and other carton formats, start with custom box styles and shapes. For ecommerce orders, custom mailer boxes often need extra attention to lid panels, side walls and inside print.

Enter Your Dimensions

Add the length, width and height as accurately as possible. A small size change can affect flap depth, panel space and artwork placement.

If your product needs tissue, wrapping, sleeves, inserts or extra protection, include that space before creating the outer box. Products that need inserts and dividers should have those internal pieces planned before the final box size is chosen.
